Being creative is not only about great recipes, it’s also how to create dishes that can be appreciate by everyone.
My team is today my second family, we make the menu together, we associate amazing products to traditional recipes, we taste them, correct, always in order to challenge ourselves so we can always surprise our guests…
If I could sum up in one word what cooking is to me, I would say “freedom”.
